Pedestal cannot be used freestanding. The two box drawers on pedestal offer ball-bearing slides with 3/4 extension. The file drawer features full-extension telescoping ball-bearing slides. File drawer accommodates letter-size filing from left to right and includes hardware for legal-size and letter-size filing from front-to-back.
